確かに、ラケット下がってますね。言っていただくと、改めて気づきます。
ラケットが下がってるから次の動作が遅いのですね。
ヘアピンの足と同時に打つのも、今日の練習から直して行きたいと思います🙇やはり打つのと足が同時なら、コントロールがつきにくいのでしょうか？
後、羽の待ち方、リアクションなども、どんな感じかコメントいただければありがたいです🙇
こういう練習したら改善するよ、といったわかりやすい動画などありましたらありがたいと思います🙇

Nさんこんばんは。動画チェックの返信頂きまして有難う御座いました。ご指摘いただいた基本の構え方から、オンラインスキルアップ講座でしっかり体得していきます。リズムについてですが、練習時の試合でも打つショットが決まっているような感じがしておりました。夫婦共にバドミントン未経験なので、言われないと気づかない事ばかりですが、とてもわかりやすいアドバイスをして頂きまして、前が明るくなりました。ほんとうに有難う御座いました。　これからも息子のご指導宜しくお願い致します。
