スマッシュが一番簡単なショットだ的な動画やプッシュをするときに振らないようにするとネットにかけなくなる動画を見て昨日の試合にのぞんだのですが、いつもより攻めの形で有利に試合運びができ、スマッシュなのでしっかりシャトルの下に入らないといけなくいつもよりよく動いていてしんどいが、試合運びは楽だったような気がします‼️
いつも楽して当てて返したりスマッシュ打てるところもクリアーで楽したりしてたので😅
アドバイスの一つ一つが本当に理にかなっていて本当にすごい‼️身体で実感してきました。
時間があるかぎり動画をみて学習したいです✨

I went into yesterday's match after watching a video saying that the smash is the easiest shot, and that if you don't swing when pushing, you won't be able to hit the net, but I found that I had an advantage in being more aggressive than usual. It was a smash, so I had to get under the shuttle, so it was tough because I was moving more than usual, but I feel like the match was easy! ️I always enjoyed clearing the parts where I could guess and return and hit smashes, so each piece of advice really made sense and was really amazing!! ️I realized it with my body. I want to watch videos and learn as much as I have time✨
