Hello. Introduction 2 I watched a video of the overhead stroke. If you use wrist pronation, your follow-through won't look like a sweeping broom, and you'll end up with your bones facing up. I'm wondering if the pronation is wrong or if I don't need to worry about pronation. Also, when I put my racket away after a swing, I am conscious of putting it under my left armpit. What do you think?

Answer: Well, if the bulge turns upward during pronation, it is often not possible to transmit more force after hitting the racket. In order to properly transmit power to the shuttlecock, it is important that the surface of the racket is parallel to the floor until the end, and the extension of this is the shape of the broom. What is important is whether the power is being transmitted to the shuttle. If it is being transmitted in its current form, there is no problem, but there will be times when the surface is slightly cut and the force is not being transmitted as much. This shape is required when performing powerful smashes. I hope it can be fixed soon. If the racket is stored under the left armpit, the body may not rotate. I think it's better to shake it firmly like a broom. I'll send you a video later!
